Artistic director, trend setter, product developer, trainer, manager – he knows all the ins and outs of the business and puts them to good use every day. Keen to reveal the individual beauty of each of his clients, he strives to understand their personality in order to offer them hairstyles that reflect it and are in harmony with their style, body type, and lifestyle.

In his eyes, beauty is not something that can be prototyped. That’s why François always encourages his clients to open up, while he listens carefully and tries to understand them. He encourages those who sit in his chair to trust him so that, over the course of their appointments, their assets are maximized and they reveal themselves in a new light. To achieve this, François dispels preconceived notions. Does a mature woman have to cut her hair? Not necessarily! He compares hair to clothing, which frames the face and accentuates style. In his opinion, hairstyle is part of a whole: it is one of the elements of an individual’s overall beauty.
